Funded by the EEDA Investing in Communities fund, the purpose of the Seamless Support project is to advise and support new, emerging and established organisations in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector in Norfolk.

Seamless Support is delivered in partnership between Voluntary Norfolk (formerly NVS), West Norfolk VCA, Norfolk Rural Community Council and The Guild.

The project will address the lack of appropriate free support to social enterprises currently available in Norfolk and ensure that organisations receive correct and timely advice depending on their needs. It will reduce duplication of resources by enabling the agencies to jointly case manage organisations and individuals and give the appropriate intervention and support.

Organisations or budding entrepreneurs will have access to

• Bursaries to pay for study visits to similar organisations either locally or elsewhere in the country
• Coaching to help develop their ideas which will be provided by local social enterprises who specialise in coaching skills
• Training on business planning and project management
